Bio

Robyn was born and raised in Nelson BC. She joined the KHS team in 2015 when she returned to Nelson after living away to pursue University and travel.

She likes being a part of a group whose goal is to help people achieve better health and wellness.

Robyn passion for exercise has taken a side seat to raising her young daughter. She loves exploring the outdoors with her family and taking in all the many things the Kootenays has to offer.
